Additional Pricing Information & Charges

  • All Rates are quoted per person per night in US dollars.

  • A child discount of 20% applies for children between 10 and 16 years old.

  • Transfers to/from the airport and Cordoba City will be charged at U$100 per vehicle (max. three guests). All other destinations other than the above will be quoted on an individual basis. These rates may change during the year as transfers are external to the estancia.

  • We are pleased to offer the estancia on an “Exclusive Use” basis for groups of 6 full paying adult guests or more. Please enquire as to availability and our “Group Booking Terms & Conditions”.

  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

  • “Booking Terms & Conditions 2026-2027” and “Group Booking Terms & Conditions 2026-2027” apply to all reservations.

Notes on pricing

  • *A tax refund scheme on accommodation is at present available in Argentina for non-residents, which is applied for and administered by Estancia Los Potreros SA. We require a copy of all passports at date of booking in order to apply for the non-resident tax refund rates.

  • Invoices will be issued to Agents / Tour Operators / DMC’s net of applicable commissions.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS 2026-2027

Reservations and Payments

To confirm a reservation a 20% deposit is due on receipt of the invoice. Balancing payments are due 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellations

90 days or over: Fully refundable less any bank charges or statutory requirement.

30 – 90 days: Deposit is non-refundable.

Less than 30 days: Full payment is retained.

The payment/cancellation conditions as outlined above will apply in every circumstance, except by alternative written prior arrangement.

Weight limit for riding

Please respectfully note that we have a strict riding weight limit of 14 stone / 90kg / 200lbs.

Minimum Stay / Check In & Check Out

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year. There is a minimum stay of 5 nights between 15th December and 8th January. Check in is at 14:00 and check out is at 10:00. Those guests with later departures are welcome to ride in the morning and stay for lunch but must check out of their rooms by 10:00.

Children

A child discount of 20% applies for children between 10 and 16 years of age. There is a minimum age limit of 10 years except by prior arrangement. We have 2 cottages with interconnecting rooms ideal for families.

Included within the Rates

  • Accommodation at the estancia.

  • Full board (All meals, soft drinks/house wine/beer/local spirits).

  • Daily riding (4 – 6 hours) and guides.

  • All other activities whilst on the estancia with the exception of polo.

Excluded from the Rates

  • Travel and medical insurance. All guests must provide insurance cover for all activities that they may undertake on the estancia.

  • Discretionary gratuities.

Opening dates and restrictions for 2026/27

The estancia is open all year round with the exceptions of May, June and July. The month of August is exclusive for group departures. Arrivals and departures are not available on the following dates: 24th of December, 25th of December, 31st of December and 1st of January.

Meals/dietary requirements

We have excellent cooks who are delighted to cater for most dietary requirements, including vegetarians or food intolerances, given sufficient notice in advance and within the limits of what can be sourced locally. Please ask for our information sheet “Estancia Useful Information”.

Communications

Free broadband wi-fi is available in the Estancia but please note that it is satellite based (Starlink) and as such can be on occasions slow and/or intermittent.

Exclusivity/Buyout

We are pleased to offer the estancia on an ‘exclusive use’ basis for groups of 6 full paying adults or more. Please enquire as to availability and our “Group Booking Terms & Conditions”.

Weight Limit for Riding

Please respectfully note that we have a strict riding weight limit of 14 stone / 90kg / 200lbs.

Riding

There are between 4-6 hours of riding daily on the estancia, consisting of either a morning and afternoon ride, or a day/picnic ride. On Sunday there is a morning ride but no afternoon ride. All outdoor activities are weather dependant and we do not ride in extreme weather conditions such as storms or high winds. Riding does not need to be arranged or booked in advance and is available to all riding abilities.

Polo

Bespoke beginner/novice polo packages with tuition can be designed on request for a minimum of 2 guests. Informal polo is available during the Argentine season and has an additional cost. Polo sessions are subject to weather including heavy rain and drought conditions.

Hard Hats / Helmets

A selection of hard hats is available at the Estancia; however, we always recommend that you bring your own as ours may not fit correctly or be the national standard required for your individual insurance schemes.

Other activities

There are a range of other activities available on the estancia (guided walks, farm drives, cooking classes, wine tastings) that can be organised with the hosts on arrival or guests can express their interest at the time of booking.

Waiver

Estancia Los Potreros SA requires all guests to sign a liability waiver before undertaking any of the activities on the estancia. A copy of this waiver is available through this link.
