Our permanent team have nearly 100 years combined experience on the estancia, so for them, the estancia is their home as much as their place of work. Whether it's Claudio, our chef, inviting you into the kitchen to see what he is baking for the day, or Yoni, one of the gauchos showing off his skills on horseback, our team are always ready to share special glimpses of real Argentine life.

OUR GAUCHOS
Our team of gauchos have worked alongside the Begg Family for four generations. Today the team is made up of Yoni, Lucas, Pachi, Tommy and Franco whose families have worked together with Kevin’s for over 100 years.
Our Chefs
Claudio, Vivi and Georgia have now been the backbone of Los Pots Kitchen for 15 years. Their skill and friendliness has made our kitchen a central part of estancia life and guest enjoyment.
